Negative: No door from the room to the tub and shower area, making the room quite humid. Noisy A/C. Construction going on with dust accumulation in comunal areas.

Positive: Location, room size, quickness of air conditioning as well as the quickness of how fast the bath fills up.
Negative: Construction sounds at 8am— likely temporary. Man hair shavings on the sink in our room when we got there.
