Positive: Nice hotel, well equipped. Although the breakfast menu was always the same and limited (mainly hot food and zero vegetables).

Negative: The location in the ghetto (opposite the park) is appalling. You come back from the center on a path with excrements and used toilet paper - at night you are almost attacked by 4 dogs there (I was really scared). It is not the hotel's fault - just a shame for the representatives of the city of Beja.

Summary: Excellent hotel near the university, only walking on foot will spoil the adjacent mess.

Positive: Staff was really nice and friendly, good food on the bar, we had dinner there twice. Very good breakfast, swimming pool was open, even though the season was not yet open, still, with temperatures around 27 celsius, it was a very welcome gesture from the hotel.

Negative: Gym machines and gym area is really rundown, equipment is broken, area looks abandoned, certainly they could reuse some area of the gym for a sauna and steam room, or indoor tennis/squatch, anything, but what's presently
