Positive: Fantastic place to stay for a family get together for a 60th birthday. The kids (and big kids) loved the huge trampoline, the dog loved the huge garden, the adults loved the ping pong table and hot tub. Indoors was equally as spacious with plenty of room in the common areas as well as the bedrooms. Handy to have the washing machine, dryer and line as well. Very thoughtful welcome pack left for us on arrival and Melissa was really responsive when I messaged with queries. Location is good - you do have to drive everywhere, but there’s a footpath to fields within walking distance of the house which was great for dog walks. Double room with wet room en suite was handy for our elderly relatives.
Negative: One double bedroom is a bit smaller than the others and a bit of a squeeze for two people but otherwise the rooms were perfect. Also note that the two single rooms are downstairs at opposite sides of the house - this wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing for future guests.
Summary: Fabulous place to stay with a big group.

Positive: Property was very good, large garden with space for games. Close to beaches, lots of fun for all age ranges. Plenty of bedrooms, which suited our multi generation party.
Negative: The road outside was very busy and quite noisy

Positive: Bell Lodge is a lovely spacious property, ideally suited for a large group of family/friends. The downstairs area (kitchen/dining room) was ideal for our group. Whilst we were a group of adults the property is very well suited to adults & children with a large secluded garden.
Negative: Difficult to find negatives! The gas BBQ which we used was perfectly adequate for the large group but will probably need replacing at some stage.
Summary: The property was perfect for our requirements, very spacious & well maintained & highly recommended.

Positive: The fantastic layout, especially designed for a large group. Kitchen extremely well equipped, bedroom decor beautiful, beds all comfortable. WC and shower rooms accessible to everyone staying. Would highly recommend.
Negative: Toaster element on one side not working and the ants that seemed to invade over night.
