A SOLAR PASSIVE DESIGN capturing the winter sun in living areas and the spacious northern deck, and COOLED NATURALLY from the coastal north easterly in summer through glass louvre windows and a central breezeway.
Lie back on the comfy white leather sofa and open up the sliding doors to a large outdoor deck with alfresco dining area, or snuggle up in front of ULTRA MODERN GAS FIREPLACE in winter or on cooler nights.

Summary: My family with adult children and 2 dogs had fab 3 day long weekend. Beautiful well-designed house, quality bedding, v well stocked kitchen. Lovely backyard going down to lagoon. V helpful host and lovely cleaning team!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bella Home. The property is impeccably presented, boasting all the creature comforts. The house is so well equipped, with the kitchen in particular, providing all the essentials. Location is spot on, peaceful yet close enough to beaches/amenities. A big shout out to Len (who looks after the property) so helpful and kind. Thanks Kristine, would definitely stay again.

Summary: Can't knock the place or the location, it's perfect. Given you pay the price for perfection my only criticism of the stay is that the owners instructions on all the 'house rules' seem a bit too prescribed and strict rather than friendly and accommodating. Eg if you have dirty nappies they want you to clean it in a very specific way. Also the owner stores their stuff at the property and as a result storage space is at a minimum. If you have kids this is a little bit inconvenient. As mentioned, overall I'd highly recommend to stay here, but buyers should be made aware of these conditions too.

Summary: Modern yet homely. Place needed abit of freshening up, as quite a few bugs were evident in the early evening. Super happy with the description and place itself. Comfy beds. Great location and the added water sports extras were very welcome. Would book again.
