Bella Vista!! Yes!…what a “beautiful view” from this lovely 3rd-floor unit, which has three balconies (two lakeview, one tennis/pickleball court view), and is located in the highly sought after 'The Shores' beach front resort style condominium development. This complex, which is beautifully landscaped, checks all the boxes! Gated community, heated lakefront pool flanked by small ponds with water fountains, lakefront deck, hot tub, beautiful private sandy beach, large common firepit patio with a water feature wall, grassy yard space with picnic tables and charcoal grills, tennis/pickleball court, the list goes on and on!
There is no elevator in the complex, but you will be rewarded with the view from the top! Inside our 2-bedroom, 2 full bath condo, you’ll walk into an open concept kitchen and immediately see past the living room to a view of Lake Erie out on the horizon. This is a clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. Consider this your “home away from home” just as our family and friends do. Pack your own toothbrush, food and beverages and leave the other amenities to us. This condo has "central" air conditioning and heat for your comfort, no window air conditioners or baseboard heat! We are located close to many attractions. For your convenience, I’ll list how many miles away the Points of Interests are, but you just might want to stay here at ‘The Shores’ to enjoy the lake life… catch the sunrise colors with your morning cup of coffee out on the bedroom balcony, swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, read a book pool side, nap on the lake front deck while listening to the waves lap at the shore, dip your toes in the smooth silky sand on your very own private beach, enjoy a glass of wine up in the condo out on the balcony while watching sailboats sail off into the horizon as the setting sun paints the sky with a multitude of pastel colors. Dine in or go out to one of many of the area's fine dining or quaint and casual establishments. (Happy to offer suggestions - hints of cuisine preferences are helpful.) Then enjoy the rest of the night out on the patio by the fire where you can share your day's activities and plan your next day's adventure. This is a condo where you can relax! Don’t miss it!!

Summary: The place was clean and had everything we needed. The balconies (3), were ample and very usable. Great sunset view. The property was really nice and centrally located with decent lake access right from the pool.The only issues: wifi and cell service weren't awesome. Also this is a third floor apartment, but really 4th floor due to parking underneath the building. No elevators. Not a huge problem except when carrying luggage and groceries.

Summary: I can not even begin to tell you how amazing this condo is! Pat has gone above and beyond to make this your home away from home. The condo itself was perfect and Pat was the best host. Summary: The property was fabulous; it was clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. The location was great, we loved going to the pool and beach on property. But, it was also walking distance to down town to check out restaurants and the pier. There was small soap, shampoo and conditioner, and a hairdryer which were unexpected and convenient to have. It was a nice touch to find decaf k-cups and decaf tea upon our arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this condo on Lake Erie! The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful—she provided clear, detailed instructions before our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Summary: Place was very nice a clean. Host was very friendly and prompt to help. Condo geounds, beach and pool/hot tub area all kept very nice and clean. We werent expecting so many flights of stairs up and down but we didnt have to worry about people above us.the group below us was very loud until late into the morning but it was a holiday weekend. My only complaint is that we did not have control of the heat vs A/C on the thermostat and this time of the year the temps change on a dime and it is not idea to message at midnight asking to turn it from heat to cool. The toilet in the spare bath needs repaired as water kept causing toilet to flush every 30 to 45 minutes. So our daughter decided to sleep in the living room instead. Host tried to promptly fix it but it did not seem to hold.
