Negative: Carpet very dirty, Wi-Fi not working, bugs in bathroom, cobwebs by table, had to ask for toilet paper, had to ask for bath towels, had to ask for wash cloths. floor had lots of water by ice machine leaking for at least 4 days. Outside missing shingles, no gutters or had fallen off, very dirty building, Mattress and trash thrown outside of building. The whole place was dirty too much money for poor conditions. Breakfast ok but you had to take the lid off waffle mix and pore it out of a large plastic container, and it was making a mess on the floor and trash container that stayed there I know for 4 days no one cleaned it up. Also $55 to keep one pet super poor. Then a sign charging you $100 essential charge that you might or will get back in 5 or 6 days.
Summary: Great lake view good area but overpriced for a very dirty place inside and out

Positive: We were double charged and it is our responsibility to dispute it and get the overage back. The staff could not talk to a manager as he was not there and would not answer his phone. Or that is what they said.
Negative: Breakfast was missing some of the items,milk was spoiled .

Positive: Loved the brkfast and 24hr coffee set up . The view of lake from patio was very nice and the staff was very polite and tried to make our stay pleasant.
Negative: Didn't like the high pet fee and that it was nightly not per stay, but they refunded it ,so all is good.

Positive: The staff were wonderful and very kind. Breakfast wasn't bad. The waffle machine is always a bit with the kiddos! The location, right on the water was fantastic. Being able to relax on the deck and watch the water is very relaxing.
Negative: Don't have too many complaints. Can't complain on location. Food was okay, but included, and our fur baby was able to come along, always a plus!

Positive: property was good, beds were extremely uncomfortable and the fold out bed sheets were filthy
Negative: expensive but ok. room had a odd smell to it and bathroom smelled of urine. For the price per night it should have been cleaned
