Across the bridge, Eastpoint’s craft brewery and fish markets offer local flavors, and just a half an hour by car, historic and charming Apalachicola awaits with its trendy shops, great restaurants, galleries, and live entertainment scene.

The sofa converts to a double pull-out bed, providing additional sleeping space.
Glass sliding doors open to a private balcony with comfortable seating, overlooking the pristine beach and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It’s the perfect place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or relax at the end of the day while dolphins frolic in the surf.
The dining table has seating for 6, and the kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters has everything needed to prepare coastal feasts!
Upstairs, comfortable sleeping accommodations await after a day of sea and sun. The beach-facing king master bedroom with direct Gulf views and private balcony, flat screen TV, and full private bath with shower/tub combination. The stack washer/dryer adds additional guest convenience. The twin bedroom on the second floor also has a balcony with Gulf views, and is served by the full bathroom in the hall.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived right before hurricane Helene and we had to evacuate during our 2 week stay but we were able to return. We had great communication with staff about check-in, and re-entry after the hurricane and the condo was clean and comfortable. We did have a new, huge family room tv that we were having trouble with but someone came right over and helped us with it. We ended up using our Youtube tv account because the tv was difficult to use. It is a super nice big tv but we could not change the channels. Also, there were were several light bulbs out in the kitchen and outside over the front door. The condo is really cute and our stay was very nice but I do have a few suggestions. There is no storage for food in the kitchen. The locked cabinet with pretty fish dishes would best serve the renters if it was emptied and was usable for food storage. The king mattress needs replacement as the mattress topper is very mushy and very hot. Despite these issues the view is outstanding and was just spectacular and our stay was pleasant, despite the temporary interruption from the hurricane. We have stayed in dozens of these villas at St. George over a 30 year period and this one is nicer than many of them, I would stay again.

Summary: Our stay was very nice. The pool was clean and very warm. It was relaxing, just to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and the sunset with a cup of coffee. My mom likes to walk on the beach and it was very convenient and she loved that. She is 84

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is centrally located and was right on the beach. This particular unit needs a walk thru and repairs are needed. Door handles are broken, washer rusted, no barstools at bar. During our stay, maintenance was being done on the unit below us and all we heard was hammering and sawing all day long during our entire stay. Painters were painting the outside of the building and would appear on our balconies and in the windows of our daughters' bedroom. we shut all the curtains but they didn't cover the windows and were see thru. We contacted management but nothing they could really do at this point. Tvs weren't set up in the bedrooms either so we couldn't use those. I would recommend these villas due to location but not H-6 as it needs a lot of work. It was clean for the most part, aside from the few bugs and spiders we found. The beds were comfortable but you had to climb over the twin bed to get to the closet in kids room.
