Positive: Our family loved the welcome snacks after a long travel day!! kat (Katie ) was by far the most attentive host we have ever stayed with on any vacation. The units had every thing we needed and would recommend Bella Vista as an option for any one on vacation.
Negative: That we had to leave!

Positive: Location very good. You can enjoy the quiet nights and the same time you can just walk to the bars at night, restaurant, and to the beach. Very good attention of the host Kat, offering a golf car, bikes, paddle board all for free, she also provide as with fresh water for coffee and some supplementary drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend.

Positive: Good size, location and the perfect end to our holiday. This is a holiday home rather than a normal rental as it has everything you could need and some lovely little touches. The house is beautifully built and furnished. Kat was really helpful with everything we could need.

Positive: I have been traveling to Placencia for many years, and this has been by far the best accommodation I have stayed in. Cat was incredibly helpful; she reached out with lots of useful information, we prepared a welcome pack, she offered to pick us up from the airport, and she provided a Golf Cart, which is a LUXURY in Placencia, nobody else does that! The house is perfectly equipped, clean and super comfortable, and perfectly located. I will definitely be coming back!
Negative: Nothing, the place is perfect.

Positive: The location was perfect! Steps from the sidewalk, close enough to town but outside the bustle. The cabin was very well appointed with everything we could’ve needed, wonderfully crisp sheets, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, books, games. The hosts were amazing, helped set us up with a snorkel trip, helped make sure a beach day was comfortable, and was a joy to chat with.
Negative: Not a single thing.

Positive: I have been visiting Placencia for 23 years and sometimes I stay with friends, and sometimes I will rent a property. This is one of my favorite places to stay. Kat really thought of everything when she put this little house together. The bedrooms are a great size, the kitchen was fabulous as my boyfriend is an amateur chef. Everything about this house is comfortable and plenty of space if you are a party of 4. Kat provides use of kayaks, paddle boards, golf cart, laundry, and passes to the beach club. The golf cart was a real plus to be able to grab breakfast at the Maya Beach Hotel. Kat and her family live on the property and can help with anything that you are in need of. The location is also convenient to everything in the village and pretty much across the street from Top Value grocery store. If you are in need of a local for a personal chef for your stay, or a day, ask Kat and she can reach out to my boyfriend to whip something up for you.
