Positive: Spacious apartment, air conditioning worked well, lots of kitchen appliances and storage room. Nice community pool and easy parking. The host was easy to reach and very helpful
Negative: Pool a bit too crowded in the central opening hours. Would have appreciated finding some paper towels in the kitchen and some shower gel in the bathroom.
Summary: Very nice comfortable apartment, had a great stay with my family of 4

Positive: The apartment was very well appointed and very clean. It had everything we needed for our stay. Communication re access was excellent and Michal was very quick to respond to queries. We also were allowed early access, which was very helpful.

Positive: The flat was to high standards. Perfect space for a family of 4. There was everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was great too. Being December we couldn't enjoy the facilities e.g. outdoor swimming pool etc but I'm sure there's much more to enjoy and we'll come back to check it out in the good season.
Negative: The central heating was ok but the vents were stronger in the living room/kitchen. In the bedroom it was somewhat slow/weak. Also, I'd have preferred if they specified that to use the coffee machine, we needed to source/bring/buy our own pods. Same for the PS4 as no games were available; only the console (to the kids disappointment!
