This gorgeous 4-bedroom + den, 3-bathroom premium home lets you can take in the beauty of Breckenridge from the living room … or from the deck and large private hot tub. The living area has vaulted ceilings and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that allow natural light to flood the home, as well as capitalize on the resort views. There’s a wood burning fireplace for capturing the Rocky Mountain vacation experience while cozying up on the comfortable furniture to watch the game or a great movie on the large flat-screen TV.
Just off the living area is the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the gear you need to whip up a nice homemade meal. The attached dining area has room for six at the table and three more at the counter. There’s even a gas grill for barbequing!
Just off the living area is the large deck with patio furniture where you can take in the views over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. Downstairs you’ll find another living area with access to the private hot tub that is situated in a perfect place for views of the mountains.

Summary: Watching the New Year’s fireworks from the hot tub was a first! House was as advertised and decently equipped. Shuttle was very convenient. Lots of space for two families of 5. Lower level has a very nice space to get ready for the slopes and afterwards.

Summary: My family was long overdue for a Holiday vacation and in November of last year, my dad had been diagnosed with the beginning stages of dementia. We made the decision to go to Breck as a family for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best decision we ever made. From booking this beautiful home to check-in, touching base with us during our stay, to check-out, we could not have asked for better service or an easier process. They assisted us with getting a crib for my niece, provided information on discounted ski gear, and loaded us up with tons of firewood for the week. The house is so beautiful and has some of the most amazing views! Perfectly situated 5 mins from town. We absolutely cannot wait to go back and stay at the Belle Vue!

The house is in a nice neighborhood convenient to downtown Breckenridge, but still has beautiful views. The twin mattresses need to be replaced but the bigger beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Breckenridge.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a wonderful location with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the owner clearly hasn’t maintained or improved this house much over the years. The couches need to be replaced asap, the beds were not comfortable and had very low quality sheets (I’d rather bring my own than sleep on the ones provided), the old shag carpet needs to be replaced asap. One of the bedrooms, located downstairs, and restroom looks like they have been updated, but would assume this was due to a water leak of some kind because the room is located directly below the kitchen and there were no other updates in the rest of the house (leading me to believe they did the improvements because they were forced to). In addition to the items mentioned, there were many indicators the owner needed to put some love into this house. Even a minimal amount of improvements and charge more for property. The summer price reflects what you’ll get in renting this place. I won’t be returning to this property.

Summary: 2 families (9 total) stayed 5 nights. We had plenty of room and had a great time. The house was clean, had amazing views and the teens enjoyed the hot tub. There are 3 floors and 2 separate living areas. Just minutes from town.

The house was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful! We had everything we needed and the drive to main was short and quick. The couches need replaced. The springs were broken on the upstairs couch and the downstairs couch is pretty worn. There is about 3 foxes that live near the house. The neighbors must feed them. They were in our yard and would come up to you, but will back off if you clapped loud or told them to go away. Overall I would recommend this house for your stay in Breck!!

There was plenty of room for 2 families. Everyone had a comfortable bed and lots of space. Everything was as described. The kitchen was fully equipped- we cooked breakfast every morning and even a couple of dinners for the 8 of us. The Upper Warriors Mark shuttle made getting to Peak 9 very easy- pick up was practically at the end of the driveway. The kids loved the hot tub and the den on the lower level. There’s a little fox who lives in the neighborhood and we glimpsed him several times. We did have to drive into town for dinner, but had planned to do so anyway. All in all, a great stay and would stay here again.
