Located in one of the most desirable beach neighborhoods in the main town of Cowes, this elegant - yet family friendly - home features 2 levels of expertly styled modern living space perfect for your Phillip Island Holiday! Appease any appetite in the richly stocked kitchen featuring high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, bar seating and a butler’s pantry with second sink.
Meals can be served either inside or alfresco with a dining area leading to a fantastic outdoor veranda with another dining table adjacent to the kitchen.
Also part of this social space is a living room highlighted by a beautiful north facing wall of windows and sliding doors that offers stunning views of the bay.
And there is a second, casual living room with large TV and cozy furnishings downstairs that is a perfect spot for hanging out with family and friends. Four bedrooms are spaced across the home’s 2 levels, each impeccably styled and furnished. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, huge WIR, ensuite bath, and gorgeous views of the bay. The additional 3 bedrooms have options for everyone with 2 queen bedrooms plus an adorable bunkroom with a single-over-single bunk + single-over-double bunk. The home’s sophisticated design even carries through to the 2 full bathrooms that feature classic stone, glass, and wood finishes. A neat garage rumpus room is right in the middle of the action with a pool table and other fun games ready to entertain no matter the weather.
