2 Bedroom House in Cowes

Lovely 2 bedroom house located in a quiet court opposite Phillip Island Golf Club (two minute walk). Silverleaves beach & Silverleaves General Store & Cafe (great coffee) is only a five minute walk away. There's a tranquil wetlands with two small lakes at the end of the street which are lovely for walks or watching the natural bird life.
The house is light & bright, the kitchen is centrally located overlooking the dining and lounge areas and has twin sliding doors to a large relaxing patio..
There are two Bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with a double bed, they share a bathroom in between.
There is air-conditioning and heating located in the living rooms (and fans & heaters in each bedroom). There's a sun room with double sliding doors which is great for a place to escape. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and crockery you'll need and a nespresso machine with pods.
Towels and linen are included.
Cowes main street is only a two minute drive for picking up any groceries and there's many restaurants along the street. Surf beaches like YCW and Smiths beach are less than a 10 minute drive along with Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit & the Phillip Island Winery. The Penguin Parade at Summerland Beach and the Nobbies Centre is a 15 minute drive.

Summary: Stayed during the motogp weekend, close proximity to the golf course and close proximity to the main street of Cowes. Easy to get to the track, home is set up well and would be perfect for a family weekend getaway, can also see the little penguins close by. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: Very clean spacious home, with everything you will need. It is situated in a lovely area with great walking and riding trails. It is a convenient distance from the beach and a short ride or drive from the main town of Cowes. Overall we had an excellent stay and we would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a lovely family holiday and the property was perfect for our young family. Lots of space and the most amazing kitchen! Great location with an easy walk to the beach and 5min drive into Cowes centre. Highly recommend!

Summary: Very clean, modern well equipped house in a great location. The only downside was the mattresses were uncomfortable. Lovely gesture, was the complimentary bottle of local wine. Had a wonderful weekend.

Summary: Nice stay. The host was communicative and made everything clear. The only minor complaints were that it was a little cold in the main room and the heater did not warm up the place too much. The bed in one of the rooms was also not overly comfortable. Everything else was great. Would be happy to come back here again

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and had absolutely everything we possibly needed (extremely well equipped kitchen in particular). The house is very bright and roomy which was such a nice change after we spent the previous four days in a hotel room. Location is good, it was a drive to the beach for us, but as it's very centrally located, it was only a short drive to all the main attractions and central Cowes. Keith was great - communication was good and we very much appreciated the tip to book the penguin parade early. We'd definitely stay again.

Summary: Property was as advertised. Everything was clean and neat and tidy. It was way bigger than seemed online. Location was good. Really quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed the weekend.

Summary: The house was fantastic. Much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Perfect sized outdoor area out the back for the kids to play around in. There are wetlands at the end of the quiet street were you can go for a nice walk and feed the ducks. Good sized bedrooms and very large living area. Keith was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The complementary bottle of local wine that was waiting for us was enjoyed on New Years Eve. Highly recommend for families. We will definitely be back.
