Negative: Toilet seat was loose on bowl. Only one electric cooking ring worked, but didn’t bother me as it was sufficient for my needs.

Positive: Bellina Studios is ideal for a relaxing and seaside holiday. The beach of Aghia Paraskevi is among the most beautiful in Skiathos and is easily reachable on foot. In the Studios a spectacular view, always ventilated room, balcony with a magnificent view. Restaurants and grocery stores are a few steps away. The owner Mrs. Mellina is friendly and ready to give you all the information you need. There is a large parking lot. Room cleaned every day. Well-equipped kitchenette. Large room with comfortable beds. Tables, chairs, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning, nothing is missing. Bellina Studios highly recommended.

Positive: The place was close to the beaches.

Negative: The location mentioned on the app is less than a km from the center which is a lie. The accommodation is around 7km from the city center so it is very misleading and it will show up in your search if you look for sth in the city center. The sheets had yellow stains. The air condition was barely working. The sink had a blueberry that it was not from us. It was from another tenant. Overall, considering the lie about the location and the unhygienic room, the price is completely unjustified.

Positive: Bellina Studio is a simple studio lodging. Studio usually refers to a single room with a kitchenette and in this case we were very satisfied as the room was relatively large and the kitchen facilities exactly what we needed (making coffee and breakfast and warming up leftovers). The building of 8 rooms/studios sits up a steep drive so this is only for strong walkers and those who have a car. Nonetheless Bellina Studio is situated close to numerous restaurants, 2 mini markets, the beach and the bus stop which makes it easy to run into Skiathos or go to restaurants or other beaches a little further away.

Negative: The bathroom was poorly designed so you had to step over the corner of the shower area to put your feet squarely on the floor on each side of the toilet. This was not impossible, just hard to see at night when you are trying not to use the light and wake up your partner. Cleaning was never truly defined, so it was hit and miss what days we got fresh towels or had the garbage taken. Cleaning was also limited to towels, TP and garbage which was also fine by us as we were there for just one week and using the same sheets for a week is normal to us.

Summary: Good location, large room and easy access to everything.

Positive: The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.

Negative: There was no umbrella or any shade on the terrace, which made it impossible to sit outside in the morning. The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking, but for a small breakfast it works. The fridge is small but big enough to keep the main items cool. WiFi is available, but very slow when all apartments are booked and everyone tries to surf in the internet.

Summary: We enjoyed staying here, mainly because all is close by, beds were comfy and it was quiet.

Positive: The apartments are very close to the best beaches of the island

Negative: They had forgotten to clean the apartment before we arrived. There were no towel changes during our entire 3-night stay, and the room wasn't cleaned except for the second night. They even forgot to provide the supplementary bed we had requested before our arrival. I had to ask for a third towel, which they only provided on the second night, and it was dirty and smelled really bad. The only acceptable payment method is cash, and they won't provide a receipt.
