Positive: The whole place was spotlessly clean. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds.

Negative: This is on me, I think. Didn't read ad carefully. This is the first b&b I've ever stayed at without hot breakfast, was mostly cold cereals or microwave entrees. No host present. (Past Experience: 42 B&B in Ireland and France). Also, bathroom across hall.

Positive: What a gem of a bed and breakfast. The hosts were charming and my room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Plus it has a wonderful history. I happened upon it on my way from Illinois to Atlanta.

Negative: No staff presence at all. You self check in and out, breakfast is packaged foods in containers for you to choose from (not very good). Not very welcoming. But if you want to be left alone this place is for you.

Negative: Bathroom was not in the room, it was down the hall, was kinda weird at first, but it worked pretty well. Clean and stocked.

Positive: Historic home with lovely antiques. The bed was very comfortable and cozy on a freezing night in January. I stayed an additional night.

Negative: They are still working on it . Breakfast was served yourself cereal, coffee, juice. Other than Mark upon arrival, I never saw anyone.

Summary: The host Mark was very helpful when I arrived on a very cold night. Facility was spotless and bed very comfortable.
