Positive: Limited people staying there so it was nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and accommodating
Negative: Senior citizens. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. No elevator. How is that ADA compliant? Breakfast was very limited. No hot foods.
Summary: Stayed here as it was close to family.

Positive: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The common areas and room were clean and the beds were comfortable. We will be back next time we’re in Iowa.
Negative: There is no elevator. If you are disabled I would request a room on the first floor. I also wish they offered more than white breads and cereal for breakfast.

Positive: It is a cute and very clean hotel, the nicest around for a very remote location in the middle of iowa... the only reason I didn't give it a 10 out of 10 is because although it is very clean amd well kept, it just needs some updates like the blankets and are a little worn out, maybe some better coffee in the rooms, and the mattresses were a bit worn and did not have bed bug protectors on them, and the breakfast didn't have much of a selection- if they would've had some bacon or sausage or other fruit besides apples it would've been much nicer... otherwise the staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Staff would get a 10 out of 10 from me
