Summary: I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. I was visiting my son at the University of Iowa and was looking for a space that had full accommodations, so I could cook my own meals, have some extra space to spread out and relax. It a little bit of a drive from Iowa City, but it's completely worth it. The locations is quiet, no traffic, just all-around great location. You are close to lots of food options, grocery if you need it.The space was immaculate clean. I was impressed with the offerings of washing detergent, and dryer sheets if you needed to do a load of laundry.Another thing I really liked was being able to park inside the garage.I will be staying here again, next time I am in Iowa City.

Summary: Super clean, excellent house. I stayed here while in town for work for a week, perfect home away from home. It is setup perfect for home cooking while staying there, everything you need! Great amenities, very close to town but still a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend to anyone looking in the area!
