Beautiful holiday home, near Feltre.
Ideal for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
Quiet and lonely place. It is located at the mouth of Val Canzoi next to the Caorame stream and is nestled in a rural setting in this cross-section of the 'suburban Dolomites'; the Belluno Dolomites.
La Casetta is the only dwelling nestled at the base of a small valley. You can only see the forest and hear the constant flow of the stream. In the background are Mount San Mauro, Mount Grave and Mount Tre Pietre.
Precisely because of its location, the Casetta is a 'suspended' place, relaxed and far removed from everyday urban life.
The nearest town (with bar, restaurant and grocery store) is less than 2 kilometres away. Feltre, the main town in the area, is 6 kilometres away.
Feltre is a lively and very atmospheric centre. The old town, with its Renaissance architecture, is perched on a hill and protected by walls.
Feltre also offers several museums, restaurants and shops.
This holiday accommodation is a completely renovated rustico, respecting the style and materials of the area. It is located in a large park with woodland and a bathing stream, making it ideal for nature lovers. The rooms are airy and full of light, there is a 28m2 porch and plenty of space outside to relax.
The recently built structure is made of wood. The walls are abundantly insulated and the window frames are triple-glazed. The interior space is therefore cool in summer; in winter it heats up with little, thus saving energy consumption.
This building is divided into three units, in one of which the owner resides. The garden and the large park (2 hectares) are used by the owner and guests.
This holiday home is centrally located for both mountain lovers (Dolomites) and those who love the art cities of Veneto.
Outdoors, surrounded by the magic of the forest, you can use the sauna and bubble bath, for a fee.
