Our Town House is modern and has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It has an outside hot tub and alfresco dining with gas BBQ.
The house has open plan living with a dining table for 6 and modern kitchen with dishwasher. It has air-conditioning throughout the house and a gas log fire that heats the whole house in winter.
For families with young children there is a bath in the main bathroom.
There is TV / DVD in lounge and TV in the master bedroom
There is off street parking for 3 cars
It is a 700 meter walk to the Golf Club which has great dining options and plenty of kangaroos to see at dusk.
It is located

5.6 km to Benalla Airport
16 kms (13 minutes) to Winton Raceway
50 kms (30 minutes) to Milawa Wineries and Cheese factory
The current bedding configuration is 2 Queen Size and 2 long single beds (sleeps six) and we also can bring in a fold up single if needed
All bed linen and towels are supplied.
Pantry is well stocked - all tea and coffee is supplied

Summary: The house felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was a nice house with a lovely outdoor area. The spa was really relaxing especially because the weather was hot during our stay. Karen has already stocked the house with everything you could possibly need which was very convenient. The small town of Benalla had a lot of shops and cafes which was nice to visit. I have nothing but positive things to say about the home and our experience! 10/10 would recommend! It is the best house we have every rented for a getaway and we will definitely be coming back!

Summary: Karen was fantastic keeping us up to date with local events. Family and kids enjoyed every minute of it.. Kids didn't wanted to leave. Very Clean and excellent layout of the property.Close to town center and freeway.

Summary: In town for a birthday, accomodation was clean and well presented. Well appointed kitchen and lounge. Lovely outdoor space and extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property was in a very quiet part of town. Perfect for our adult family as it had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and ll the modern conveniences you could ask for. Beautiful outdoor area where I could sit with a quiet coffee and listen to the peaceful sound of the water feature while overlooking a tranquil garden setting. Parking for at least 3 cars. Beautiful accommodation, only negative was that we only had an overnight stay.

Summary: This place was soooo comfortable. The communication with the host was excellent. There is nothing we could say to improve this place. It was so warm and cozy when we arrived. Spotlessly clean and our own home isn't as well equipped as this. We have stayed in many accom places around Aust. This is the best .....

Summary: Stayed here for one night while we attended a family function in Benalla. It was lovely. Nice and clean, had everything we needed and the owner was a delight to deal with, even supplying us with a few extras such as bread, milk and tomatoes.The house is in a nice quiet part of town surrounded by other new homes, but is also only just off the freeway, so easy to find. We'll definitely be staying here again next time we're in town.
