Let our home be yours as you step into our warm and inviting retreat! The house is nestled above the west side of Deschutes River in the perfect location close in to the excitement of Bend and the call of Mt. Bachelor. The Century West home is walking distance to the Deschutes River Trail (5 minute walk), Old Mill District (5 minute bike or car ride) and many tasty restaurants and activities! Our home is fully stocked, so you can focus on exploring the local trails, river, and shopping scene. Bicycle out our back door to close by Phil's Trails MTB and great road biking adventures along Century Drive and Cascade Lakes Highway. Golfing is less than 5 minutes away.
This freestanding home includes air conditioning, modern WiFi, 4K smart TV, 4K Bluray player, a BBQ, gas fireplace, three bed rooms and three bathrooms. You also have pass access to the hot tub and pool of the community center lodge! The two-floor house comfortably sleeps 8 guests, with 2 king size beds and 2 queen size beds.

Summary: Overall nice place close to the river and trail. Easy access to skiing, restaurants etc. I would suggest new bumpers on the cabinets and stove grate otherwise well stocked and maintained.

Summary: Very well appointed, clean home. Lovely, peaceful setting amongst the ponderosa pines yet so accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The pool, hot tub and trails were all a big hit with our group. Thank-you to Ken and Annie.

Summary: Here for a family reunion, the house was close to the mountain & the river for fun activities. Kids loved having the community pool so close by. House had all the amenities we needed and plenty of space for 8. Loved having dinner on the deck. Lastly, the owners were easy to reach. Thanks Ken & Annie for a great stay in Bend!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home! It is well stocked with basics, so you don't need to worry about trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, liquid soaps in bathrooms, spices, etc. Check the house before you go to the grocery store, you will be pleased! It is also very clean and in a great location. Indoor and outdoor living spaces are all wonderful. The communication with the owners was easy and clear. It was just a great experience all around. We will book again when we return to Bend to continue to explore all the surrounding beauty!

Summary: Stayed here with my husband and our 2 teen boys. Location was great! Right on the trail by the river and close to everything but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of town. Neighborhood is nice and exceptionally quiet. The condo itself was immaculate, comfortable, and well equipped. Beds and couches were very cozy. We appreciated the ‘extras’- magnifying mirrors in the bathroom, snuggly blankets in the living room, ‘real’ coffee maker, swimming towels, quality cutlery, etc. Washing machine pods and DW pods were also provided. We had everything we wanted and felt right at home. Highly recommend!
