Summary: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Having a separate bedroom and kitchenette is great when spending a few days. Convenient to shopping and skiing. And not that far from Tanglewood and Stockbridge. Staff is pleasant.

Summary: Stayed here for a two-night winter getaway and had a great experience. The room was spacious, smartly laid out, and spotless. Everything worked exactly as it should. The location is solid, and as a bonus, we could actually see part of the ski trail at Bousquet Mountain about a mile up the road. A comfortable, no-nonsense stay with a little winter charm thrown in.

Summary: We had a lovely extended family weekend here. The staff was outstanding, every staff member was helpful, friendly and courteous. The large room in back of the lobby was especially helpful for our large group to hang out in and be comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub despite it being so cold out. The hotel is well maintained. The only small complaint I had was that the bathroom in our room needs to be refreshed. We have already started talking about coming back in the warmer weather to enjoy some of the outdoor activities in in the area.
