Positive: The location was really convenient - everything was right on our doorstep: shops, bus stops, the tube - all within easy reach

Negative: I was a bit thrown by the lack of a kettle and a chopping board - both quite basic essentials really. There was also nowhere to hang our clothes, no wardrobe whatsoever and not a single hanger or hook, which made things a bit inconvenient. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, though as we were out most of the time, it wasn’t a major issue. The first couple of days, the shower wasn’t draining properly, which made it quite stressful to use - the water would build up and flood the whole bathroom, even spilling out beyond it

Positive: It’s a nice spacious and clean apartment

Negative: The wifi didn’t work the entire time. As international visitors, wifi was the most important requirement to be able to get around. We tried contacting him and he stopped responding after a while.

Summary: It’s great for its location, but the wifi needs to be fixed before anyone else should stay

Positive: It was very close to the central area with good connections to many transport options. The host was very kind and patient and when I said there was a problem with the internet he came back and fixed it the same day. It has a kitchen (small but it's there) and a washing machine which was great when you travel with a baby. The heated floor in the bathroom was great! The building was very quiet and nice. Very close to a big food store and DM (drugstore). Walking distance to the zoo.

Negative: It would have been nice to have a table in front of the couch and a small cupboard to put clothes and other things in/on. Would have been nice to have a hanger for the jackets next to the front door. Also, the blackout ''curtains'' that are outside the window and you press a button to close them sometimes showed red light and would not close. A few more things to cook with in the kitchen would be helpful - a big knife, a big bowl, a pan that's not scratched.
