Summary: This was by far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in over the last 12 months! We’ve traveled a lot this year! The location, the staff just everything was awesome! Highly recommend! We will definitely book again on our next visit to Amish Country!

Summary: Nice clean, comfortable and spacious room with an Amish style buffet right next door. Kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again

Summary: Very nice hotel, rooms very spacious, my only complaint is the air conditioning unit made an awful noise making it hard to go to sleep, not much offered at breakfast, food was meh. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping are a plus.

Summary: We greatly enjoyed the clean room , hot tub, and outdoor seating area. The breakfast was delicious! We loved the local cinnamon rolls. The only negative was that we could fully and clearly hear the conversations in the rooms next to us on the 3rd floor.

Summary: The facility itself is wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and the grounds are outstanding. Outdoor seating area is pretty with comfortable and plentiful seating and beautiful landscaping. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The downside to the room is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. One person showers and the mirror is dripping wet for a long time after. There is a sink and mirror by the bar in the room but the lighting there is poor. The biggest negative was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold and the coffee was flavorless.

Summary: Hotel positions itself as top drawer but doesn't carry it off: Breakfast served green bananas, tiny portions, cleaning floor while guests trying to eat, unappealing quality. Bath soap cake was size of a half dollar, not a single grab bar in bath tub (very unsafe). Room to room sound proofing a joke - could listen to people in next room talking.

Summary: We stayed at the Berlin Grande 15 years ago and the place is still just as beautiful and clean. The people who work there are so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Summary: Our favorite hotel! Large room, excellent view, quiet, handy small kitchen sink, bar/counter to eat at in the room. Best breakfast ever! Fresh Amish rolls!
