A few metres away you will find the Chamartín Market, the highest quality market in the city, ideal for those who enjoy fresh or gourmet products, as strolling through its stalls or having an aperitif is a true delight that anyone will enjoy. It is an area where executive and residential environments coexist.
The studio is located in a residential building, with direct access from a very quiet street. It is a completely renovated studio of about 30 m2, with large safety windows. It has a double bed and a double sofa bed, giving a total capacity of 4 people.
