Positive: The staff was fantastic good location, young lad gives you an app to get round the temples. And they do anything for you. Which is real nice of them

Negative: Cleanliness, but yet the young lad was working really hard and tried to clean the place all the time. But maybe this is Gwalior cleanliness cause even the restaurants were really bad.

Summary: Wanted to just move on as soon as we arrived

What made this hotel stand out was that the staff personally prepared a city map , marking the main attractions and even suggesting the best order for sightseeing. This was the only place where we received such thoughtful and personalized guidance. It made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable.
