Special rates include: book 7 days, get 20% discount. Monthly specials (excluding scalloping season) offer four weeks for the price of three. November through March is best for manatee watching. Golfing is especially beautiful during spring and fall at numerous courses. Summers are fantastic for the scalloping! Located within Tradewinds Marina Resort, you'll have a fully furnished open kitchen, dining area, living room area with the first floor master suite which includes a king bed, soaking tub and of course flat screen TV. Queen beds are featured in each of two guest rooms and twin beds in the fourth. You'll have the use of three flat screen TVs and free WiFi. A smart TV is provided in the living room area. Park your car in the attached two car garage and access the community boat ramp to dock up to a 20 foot boat in our private slip. Summary: This house is beautiful, it is right next to the pool in the community. We loved having our boat right in the water our entire stay. We have stayed in this community multiple times prior. This was one of the best houses we have stayed in. We did have a huge issue- the prior guests left 2 bags of fruit under the counter and it was not cleaned by the cleaning crew or property manager and the kitchen was infested with fruit flies our entire stay. Once we found them. We told the owner and property manager, the owner apologized and said the property manager would contact me. The property manager never did reach out to me- instead I had to send pics of the old rotten fruit. The property manager then sent me a text telling me the best way to catch gnats was to make up a bowl of vinegar, sugar and dish soap. I didn’t think I should have to clean up these flies on my own and had to ask for them to come to the house and do something. I then had tell the manager to come and do more stuff. They sent pest control but that wasn’t until Wednesday around 5pm- we had been in the house since Sunday. We purchased Zevo lights & sticky fly traps. The fly traps were covered with fruit flies by the end of our stay. We lost food due to the fruit flies, the owner told me he would reimburse us for that. We ended up having to go out to dinner and breakfast the 1st night and day because of these flies all in the kitchen. We didn’t budget for those extra meals out so that was unfortunate

Summary: We absolutely loved the house. It was a in a safe, quiet, well-kept area. The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. We will be back!

Summary: We had a very nice time in Homosassa. The host and property manager were super responsive to every question that we had. The house is very big which was nice since I had to do some work during the day. It is so close to many fun things to do and wonderful places to eat. It was also nice to be so close to the pool. We would come back to this house and location again.

Summary: Home inside is beautiful, lots of space, fully furnished with cooking utensils.and supplies. Enjoyed sitting outback to cookout with view of river right there. Pool right outside our front door. I would stay here again

Summary: Beautiful property. Very well decorated, loved that it wasn’t just blank white walls! Had everything we needed to host a few dinners (aside from the grill, that didn’t work. But that was no biggie.) Came into town to visit with family and will 100% be back. Clean home, beautiful location & lots of very nice little restaurants to go to nearby. Only recommendation to another looking to rent this home is to bring your own Roku or Firestick as there are only like 4 channels on the TV. Aside from that, everything was great and we think we will be booking this exact home again next year! You just can’t beat the spacious home & the beautiful backyard view.
