Summary: Property is exactly as described. Well maintained, very clean, well thought out amenities and little personal touches that make this property stand-out. Three floors, garage, on-suite bathrooms in each of three bedrooms. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and family room, big screen 75" TV in family room, plus a tv in each bedroom. Beds are comfortable AC works great and there is a small deck off the kitchen overlooking a large pond with fountains, that will accommodate 4 people comfortably. The kitchen has a dishwasher but it was out of service during my visit. This was disappointing as I have not hand-washed dishes in 20+ years. Nonetheless, this property is highly recommended and will surely please those looking for a 3BR space that is tastefully decorated and well appointed with all the comforts of home.
