Summary: Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and town centre. Only problem we had was using the key code to open the door as I was sent one code and it was changed, I wasn’t aware of the change until I realised that I had been sent a second key code, which worked

Summary: A really good property. We stayed as we were attending an even at the Wolfbrook Arena, about a 20 minute walk away. We didn’t have a car, so it was a walk from the CBD to the property. Two good size bedrooms, comfortable living area and a great location. Will stay again next time we’re attending an event at the arena.

Summary: This property was very comfortable and while on a busy road, well insulated from noise.Stayz sent our host an out of date code, such that we were locked out of the property, so we lost some hours trying to access internet and contact the host.Location is too far from the city for walking access, but close to Westfield Shopping centre.

Summary: Nice, clean property, somewhat lacking in character, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. On a busy street, making identifying the property and turning into the parking area a bit of a challenge. However, it is otherwise well located, close to downtown Christchurch. It delivered what was promised.
