Summary: This home is impeccably furnished with colorful, compelling art. It’s bright and welcoming. The location is perfection just a stones throw from a trail to Mt. Sanitas which transports you above Boulder in minutes. Rob is a wonderful host. Very attentive and quick to respond to all inquiries. Other highlights include luxurious bedding - soooo soft - sunny deck on the back of the house facing East for glorious sunrise watching, very comfortable couches for wine sipping, well appointed kitchen, quiet neighborhood super close to the hustle/bustle of Pearl st. Boulder, and within walking distance of one of the best coffee shops I’ve ever been to. This was our secret me stay and I could not recommend it more for a small group! Thank you, Rob!

Summary: Great stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. I would note that there is one queen bed/bedroom. The other "bed" is a futon that is very uncomfortable and I would not recommend sleeping on. Otherwise, a great stay. Wonderful location in a cute neighborhood and the host was great at communication!
