Summary: Let me start off by saying that Linda the owner was extremely accommodating. She communicated with me immediately, if we needed anything or didn’t have something she was extremely accommodating. The location was perfect, the house was exactly what we needed, tough to find a 5bdr VRBO. Simple furnishings and completely stoked with the everyday essentials. Would highly recommend.

Summary: The communication could not have been easier! Owner was super responsive and was flexible! We really enjoyed the lovely, large house, especially the crow’s nest where we enjoyed watching the sun go down. There was plenty of space for everyone! We really enjoyed our quick stay at this great house!

Summary: This property is beautiful, great location, great house, great location, great light. A+ marks for responsiveness of host and she gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and best place to watch the sunset. The house has lots of space with inside and outside areas to hang out in. 3 full baths with 1/2 bath were key. All amenities were top notch. Loved the showers. Private bedroom/bath over the garage was an added bonus. We took a walk on the beach late afternoon and collected shells. We spent most of the night hanging around the island in the kitchen. It was a special night with family before the next day memorial gathering for our late niece. The only reason I did not give it an A+ score is per comments below, and I am being picky: One thing that would warm up the feel of the house and experience is adding a few welcoming touches, perhaps in written communication and also in the "staging". Add some personal touches: some books around, or fake fruit in a wooden bowl (fake fruit that looks real) or fake flowers (again there are those that are look real.) This is a new property so am sure this will improve. Also while not a problem for us, the listing stated there are 6 bedrooms but there were only 5. There was an empty room adjoining the 5th bedroom which I am sure they will make into a bedroom. Again---highly recommend this lovely house/property.
