Luxurious bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows guarantee a great rest at night. Brand new billiard and ping pong table. We have foosball table, puzzles, games, cards etc for those that like to play; also coloring books, sketch pads, colored pencils and crayons for exploring your creative side.
Plenty of books for all ages. All books are complimentary, so you are welcome to keep any book you like.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (100-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 6, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The yard is fully fenced in and private features 2 large decks. Upper deck has dinning table and a BBQ grill, egg chairs. Lower deck has lounge furniture and outdoor gas fireplace.
Backyard also features giant chess set and fire pit with chairs, corn hole game.
PARKING: The driveway fits 4. No more than 4 cars allowed.
WHAT'S INCLUDED: Iron, washer/dryer, free WiFi (200 Mbps), Smart TVs in every room with all your streaming apps, toiletries and all kitchen essentials..

Please, respect the neighbors and make sure there is no loud noise outside at all times. Quiet hours after 10 pm. We want you to enjoy your stay, but we do not allow parties or events. Parking is available on the driveway only and 1 car can be parked directly in front of the house! Maximum 4 cars.

The house is a short walking distance to beaches and famous rustic Irish Pub Brennans. Parks, tennis courts, restaurants and stores (including Shoprite) are a couple of minutes drive from the house. Train Station and I95 highway are less than 5 min from the house. Thus, on one hand the house is locatied in a resort community (a lot of New Yorkers and people from all over the U.S. and abroad come to spend their vacations there) and on the other, Shippan Point is close to everything and offers a commute one could only dream of.

Summary: We were 9 adult women. There was plenty of space for us to gather as a group as well as sleep. The house is clean and in a great neighborhood. Very easy on and off to the highway to get to our conference in Darien. Highly recommend.

Summary: Once we arrived we had a nice stay, however, as soon as we booked the house we were given a list of very strict rules about parking and were later told that the only guests allowed in the house were the ones staying overnight-I understand they don’t want a big party or gathering but this seemed a bit rigid and we were told there would be a fine if so-there was also an extra fee for any additional guests beyond 10- the booking is listed as sleeping up to 16 people- truthfully it’s a bit tight after 10 people and to be charged $35 per extra guest per night seemed unnecessary -Check out time is at 10 AM which seems very early to me. When I asked to get a late check out, I was told there would be another fee. Many times at other rentals it doesn’t feel like there are this many rules and there’s more accommodations made when able-Leading up to our stay, was stressful, because we were warned of many fines-I do understand it’s a quiet neighborhood and they don’t want to disrupt the residents on the street but it seemed a bit much-just be aware that there are only 4 cars allowed in the driveway and no parking on the street- The place was very clean and comfortable and we wound up having a nice stay overall-

Summary: We had 8 adults stay here and it was perfect for our group. Loved the ping pong table and the free weights in the garage. Plenty of room for everyone.

Summary: Excellent great for family needing 5 bedrooms wonderful entertainment from outside games and fire pits to inside fruzball, pool table and ping-pong table Wonderful space to catch up and enjoy family you don't get to see often. Close to adorable town with lots to do there only pits dishwasher did not work and outdoor grill was very dirty

Summary: An incredible house in an incredible location. Communication with the host was excellent and even when VRBO website was down and I was unable to access check-in instructions, the host responded promptly and emailed me directly. The house is exactly as pictured, if not even more beautiful in person. All the amenities as pictured in the listings and function just as well. Plenty of sleeping space between the bedrooms, recliner lounge chairs/sleepers, and pull out couch/inflatable air mattress. Walking distance to the beach, breweries, and close to Stamford. Kitchen was fully stocked and grill/firepit with plenty of propane. All in all, it was an incredible stay and will look forward to staying in this location again!
