Summary: It is not handicap friendly! I asked for a handicap room and didn't get one. I don't think they have any or don't know what it entails. From parking lot to sidewalk was a step up, from the sidewalk to room a bigger step. The bathroom was very small no grab bars, toilet was so low I had trouble and I had to buy a chair to put in the bathtub so I could take a shower. I wasn't sure if the white towels were even clean they were so dinghy. I was very disappointed. Grab bars are a huge help to a handicap person and should have them in every room for safety sake. The room seemed to be clean, didn't notice any bedbugs which was a plus. The place needs many repairs and upgrades. I don't recommend for anyone with a disability.

Summary: Dated furnishings reminiscent of a motel from 40 years ago, but reasonably clean and everything in the room worked. If you don't have your own transportation, it might be a little hard to stay here because there's not much on the property and it's a little ways away from restaurants, markets, etc.

Summary: I realize the property is far from Penn State, which reduces the price, but it would be great if the owners upgraded the property to ensure cleanliness, hot water, and a warm room on cold nights.

Summary: Needed a quiet, clean place to stay for one night while traveling. This fit the need. Inn is located right across the street from the American Diner, where we had a full breakfast for a reasonable price.

Summary: Dead bolt needs to be fixed. Had to crawl out window get screw driver from truck to take it apart so we could get out door was room 102 Was nobody in office to tell when we left in the early morning
