Come spend your weekend in a cozy countryside apartment! The apartment is a two bedroom, one bathroom with an open floor plan. Nestled in the Ramey/Houtzdale area with access to the Ramey Poker Run Trail System. Private entrance located on the back of the building. Some great features include a fire pit, free WiFi, limited access to garage for laundry services, and parking for trucks & trailers! (If you do plan to bring a truck & trailer, please let us know so we can tell you where to park). There is a large tv in the living room and smaller ones in the bedrooms. There is no cable, but fire sticks are available for use. The apartment is located about 1.5 miles from Frailey’s Greenhouse & Uncle D’s Sassy Glass Winery! Prince Gallitzin State Park is only about 25 minutes away! The apartment is approximately 35 minutes from the city of Altoona and 45 minutes from the city of State College. Curwensville Lake is about 30 minutes away, and Raystown Lake is about 45 minutes away. It’s a great central location for some of the best Central PA activities! Please note that our residential house is located beside the apartment, and we do still need to access the garage below the apartment.

Summary: We came up with our 12 year old and his friend to see their first PSU football game and stayed here, and it was perfect! We all kept saying at least a dozen times how it smelled like cookies or something else incredible the entire time! Dart board was a top tier favorite for all, cleanliness a ten, felt safe and snug the entire time. Would definitely stay again!

Summary: To advise that the bonus of this couple being Trace McSorely fans just placed icing on the cake. Straight forword providing directions for checking in with key access, parking lot locations, and provided rules and setting the standard for what they expected. Only thing I would suggest is having a policy for trash and linens after the stat as well from what Ive experienced from other Vrbo's. Thank you so much and I look forward staying here again and again and again...lol #WeAre
