It has everything you could desire. Enjoy your morning coffee or a quiet candled light dinner on a screened lanai. Note that kitchen is not renovated and there is no ice-maker in refrigerator. The pool area is just steps away. No pets and never had a smoker. It is within walking distance to Fresh Market and Publix grocery stores. Summary: The condo is well furnished and everything function properly. During our stay there were peoples taking care of the garden, trees and pool. The house keeper is a dedicated person and a building manager is available if needed. The owner did all she can to make our sejour comfortable. The condo is conveniently located and a private entrance to the beach make us feel like vip. Ours neighbours are friendly. We intend to come back next year.
