Summary: Clean room and bedding. But the tub drain backed up and the hot water took a while to warm up to shower in, would have to run the water and let the tub run down. Then take a fast shower so I wasn't standing in a puddle from the days job.

Summary: This is the third time I’ve stayed at Best Way. I was unlucky in hitting the motel this time at a time when they were either understaffed or poorly staffed. I tried two rooms: the first one had not had its bathroom cleaned. The second one had a clean sink and toilet, but hair and soap in the tub. I found small signs all over that this room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Furniture can be used and slightly worn, amenities, like electrical outlets, can be minimal, but lodging must be clean. I’m sharing my experience because I think this little motel has potential to be a great place, but not if they don’t take maintenance in between customers seriously.

Summary: When you enter the room, it is nicely clean and prepared, but they never come to clean, change the garbage, bring other towels, soap, or do anything else until I left. Imagine I stayed from Sunday to Wednesday, and nothing changed since I entered the room. I had to go out and find my own soap so I could remain okay. But the place is good, and the staff, parking, and nearby shops are all excellent.
