Summary: Location offers easy access to interstate and major roads to Dallas and other nearby cities. The location in Canton was ideal. The staff was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Would definitely choose again this facility.

Summary: While we usually count on the ratings at hotels.com to help us plan which one to stay at during our travels, this particular one was a bit of a disappointment. We were super tired after a full day at the nearby trade days, and were just looking to get a shower and collapse. However, I slipped and almost fell in the shower due to inadequate no-slip strips in the tub...a whopping five strips barely 6 inches long each. I have the photos to prove it. Then once we turned the TV off, we realized the fan in the air conditioning unit was rattling...all night. I could have complained and had to pack everything up and move to a different room; but when you're already in bed and all...well, you get the idea. Spent all night with my pillow over my head, trying to drown out the tinny rattle of the AC. For over $190 a night, I expected more from Best Western. But this property is a franchise. Perhaps BW needs to review this place to ensure they are up to their standards...

Summary: The breakfast was good. The lady cooking and keeping it clean was awesome and shared tips for a successful Trade Days time. Lobby personnel were always friendly as professional. Would stay again.

Summary: Everything was amazing! My only 2 things if I had to gripe were i had some dead bugs in my room/tub and the pictures on here need to be updated because it is an older hotel. But the pool was wonder Alyssa at the front desk was a sweetheart and it served its purpose of putting a roof over our head for the evening!

Summary: We will definitely consider this hotel again when we decide to stay in Canton again. It is clean and doesn’t smell bad like some hotels do. The bed was very comfortable. Everything seemed well maintained and in order. I believe this hotel had been renovated and did not give that worn out vibe. Nice place. Thumbs up
