Summary: Nice hotel stayed across street last year

Summary: Room was considerably damp, even with the AC set at 65, getting into bed the bedding felt damp as well. Lamp shades had what looked like mold on them, the bathroom wall was deteriorating and appeared to have been caused by water damage.

Summary: Staff was friendly but hotel had strong smell of curry. Room had musty smell. Beds were very hard. Breakfast was ok but not great

Summary: It was all good , except a fire door on left side of building, facing it. Was always being pushed open a little to let anybody in. Which means security was low. Right beside door,a sign said, KEEP FIRE DOOR CLOSED. but every time I went by it, it was pushed open a little bit. And I would slam it SHUT. I'm thinking, workers, letting someone in to swim or free room. Needs to be checked so door stay SHUT. Anyone stays here, and go by a fire door, shut it tight for more security.

Summary: He checked in late (10:15). Receptionist was on the couch and was interrupted. Checked in, she gave me 1 key, no instructions on parking. Turns out parking is 95% in the rear of the building. I gave the key to the family helped offload luggage then went to park the car. Drove around the building found a spot on the rear and discovered you need a key to enter. It’s about 50 feet from the reception I knocked but she wouldn’t come. I had to call my daughter to come and slip the key through the door crack to open the door from the outside otherwise it is a few hundred yards to walk around back to the front door. The room, mostly clean a few hairs in the bathroom but no shower curtain. I assume it was by design. There was a lot of water that soaked. We used a lot of towels trying g to dry the floors. Not a great place. But doable in a pinch.

Summary: Was not at all impressed of the dirty room as well as the dated tub. Mold was present.Dead roaches were just laying in corners of the room. I guess cleaniness is not a priority here. Maybe they spray for bugs but forget to clean up... The worst part was I paid nearly double for the room as the auto show was taking place that weekend.Will never stay here again. Time to update if they expect to get these prices...
