Summary: Our stay was very pleasant. We were greeted with a friendly smile and check in was simple. Our room was ready and located in a comfortable section of the hotel. Breakfast was offered but we did not have any due to late awakening. We were located on the 3rd floor and it was quiet and peaceful. The pool is located outside and was enjoyed by other guests. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Nice property and great service. However the hallways were dirty and or bathroom needed a sweep, and a mop. Could have been cleaner. It worked well for an over night stay and the price was on point.

Summary: Very good experience. Called front desk with TV problem and service man was there within 5 minutes and solved problem. Room clean and room quiet even though by elevator. Would stay again.

Summary: Room was good quality for location and price. Beds were comfortable, had a ceiling fan in addition to typical through-the-wall heat/AC unit. Our time of year needed only AC & ceiling fan. The AC worked but was VERY loud every time the compressor cycled on. Fortunately we needed limited run time, so I reported it when I left. It was entirely manageable. Spacious bathroom countertop. Decent sized under counter fridge that worked and was quiet. The in-room coffee maker was one of those single-serve units with the disposable plastic "boats" that hold a filter-pack of coffee. Hate those. Not very compatible with guest supplied coffee, and they tend to splatter water all over if you try to heat water for tea or cocoa. I don't have to have K-cups, but would rather have something more flexible, like an electric kettle with coffee in pour-over filters. Had hot breakfast options. Not tons of variety from day to day, but certainly adequate and of reasonable quality and well tended during breakfast hours. Hung out the "do not disturb" card all but one day when we needed fresh towels and trash service. Room was cleaned and beds made. Our things treated with respect and placed with a little extra care that put smiles on our faces! Really enjoyed the view of the pond to the rear of the hotel. Our room didn't happen to overlook it, but saw it from the breakfast room each day. Would stay again.
