Summary: When asked why there was an increase in the room rate from the previous month that I had stay. The reply was ‘ I’m new here’ and then proceeded with my check in. No explanation. The room was near the hallway exit/entry. Door slams shut every time someone uses it. The room was extremely hot. A/C does not work. Had to open window to cool room off.
