Summary: I stayed at this hotel with my two children for a sporting event. When we arrived homeless people were hanging out around the entrance intoxicated. The hotel took a $300 deposit which doesn’t get returned for 5 business days after check out. The room was in rough shape, curtain rods falling down, broken toilet seat, the drawers on the tv stand hang open and won’t stay closed and the walls in the bathroom had brown liquid splashed on them. The kids went down to the pool which had bubbles all over the top and they came back to the room shortly after because the smell of chlorine was burning there throat. It clearly had to much chemicals added. Breakfast and staff were good!

Summary: Towels were like sandpaper, room was noisy, and the curtain didn’t do much. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was above average

Summary: Rooms were nice. Miss having an alarm clock for a nighttime clock display. The floor one access door needs serious maintenance, you mist bodycheck it to open. It also slams shut and all the room doors beep multiple times when used. Annoying but i was able to ignore them for the most part. Breakfast wasn’t great. The seating area was great though.

Summary: This hotel price is affordable however, the lobby and elevator temperatures are hot and humid. The room itself was clean. The Air conditioner was broken so our room temperature stayed at 24* C. The deposit was double of what is advertised. There are many amenities in the area. Staff are friendly.
