Summary: Breakfast was best part. After traveling and getting settled there was no control for tv wanted to watch news weather for next day activities. Their response instead of bringing another controller or switching tvs was we can switch your room. After traveling for hours and already in packed and in our pajamas we did with out for a 221 dollar room serious disappointment.

Summary: Comfortable for a night's stay. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is close to the highway and a short drive to restaurants in town. Staff were all very friendly.

Summary: The hotel overall wasn’t too bad except when getting out of your vehicle you couldn’t stand in one place for long because the sidewalks were covered with ants. The room was okay but the latch on the door kept sticking and if we didn’t make sure it wouldn’t latch and someone could walk right in the room. The breakfast was terrible! They only had some heat and serve sausage links waffles. The fruit was dried out and looked like it had been there for a few days. It looked like they possibly had eggs but the tray was empty. I went to get breakfast at about 9:15 am and very few people were there so I assumed there should some food there??

Summary: The room we were staying in was above the lobby, so we heard the door opening every time someone entered the hotel. It was constant even during sleeping hours. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but the maintenance done in the room was terrible. The calk job looked like a 5 year old did it. The shower needs some grips on the bottom so you don't fall. I had to use a towel.

Summary: I was traveling with my partner and his service dog. He is a disabled veteran. Upon arrival I was told we were placed on the second floor. When I asked for availability on the first floor, the clerk informed me that there were 1st floor rooms, but I had chosen a deluxe room and they were on the second floor. I said were would take the 1st floor room, offering to pay for the deluxe if we could move to the first floor. I was told that wasnt allowed because we didnt book directly with that particular hotel. Then she told me there was a charge for the dog to stay. I phoned the 800 number for Best Western and was told that they do not charge for service dogs, and because we booked online she could not change the room, but if there was availability the hotel could move us. You got it, the clerk said only a manager could do it and the manager was gone. The person from the 800 call phone the desk clerk. After which she was at least polite but refused to move us. You should consider modifying your policy, train staff to understand the needs of those with service animals and the LAWS they must abide by. This was likely the LAST time I will see the inside of a Best Western hotel. Come on, you CAN do better than this.

Summary: The bed was very firm. Rooms are outdated. Breakfast was the same every day. The coffee machine was broke in the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly.

Summary: Was just okay. Outside of building was less than impressive. Inside was cleaner than the exterior lead to us believing it would be. Still had a few dirty/unkempt areas. Smell was a little off, not quite bad but not pleasant either.
