Summary: I have an official ESA Support animal and I had his certification you still considered him a pet and I had to pay a pet fee. He has a job to take care of me he is not just a pet.

Summary: The room appeared to be clean, but ended up killing a cockroach by the tv, had ants in our bathroom and our beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Best Western, but unfortunately not this trip.
