Positive: The staff is really helpful and concerned about anything that you need. It's close to some convenient stores and restaurants. Plus my son and his family stays 5 minutes from the hotel.

Negative: This particular room is close to the house cleaning employees supply room so every morning when they started working we could hear them rolling out their carts to start work. We got woke up everyday at the same time.

Positive: The location in proximity to where I need to go

Negative: The key didn’t work and I had to get the key swapped out 3 times. The door didn’t close well, had to slam it shut. Bathroom was dark and the shower drained slow. Plug next to bed did not work.

Negative: It was extremely old, the chain for the door was missing and the smoke alarm was missing pieces When I would go to the front desk no one one there (except at check in) once I went to the front desk and the doors were locked. when we went to get breakfast the serving trays were empty and we could not get anyone to be able to fill i. The towels smelled like smoke.

Summary: When I went on booking.com I picked the 160.00 a night when I was charged it was 258 when I called the desk to ask about
