Positive: Breakfast was good. Muffins would have been nice. The room was great. Bed was comfy and Jacuzzi tub was awesome.
Negative: Door to room key didn't work properly. Front desk man reprogrammed my key but the door still wasn't working properly. He didn't come to the door with me. Didn't seem too interested.

Positive: The staff was friendly and so helpful. Kat was so sweet and helped my family with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place.
Negative: Could use more towels/washclothes for our family. Make sure to request extra if traveling with more than four people.

Negative: Breakfast ends at 930. Never had that happen before. Eggs were carton salty. Other than that lots of good options Our bathroom toilet didn't really flush we had to use the public ones down stairs

Positive: It was a nice place to spend time with my fiance for his birthday. We enjoyed sitting at the gazebo together and taking pictures at the love bench.
Negative: It would've been nice to sit by a fire. Whether it be in or room, by the fire pit, or at the gazebo. All of these places had a place we could've enjoyed a fire but we were told it was seasonal and couldn't use any of it. I also thought we would be about to see the creek with the way the pictures were online. It was a nice view with the trees but we couldn't see any water.

Negative: The pool was dirty. We stayed for 2 nights, and the beds were never remade after the 1st night. During breakfast hours we were the only ones in there at the time and the employee was on her phone laughing at videos she was watching while we were eating.
