Summary: I believe this would be the better hotel to stay in for the price however the beds are not comfortable

Summary: The seat of the office chair in our room was ripped & very worn. The towels at the pool were torn & stained. There was a folding to sit on at the pool along with one metal in the hot Az sun along with one worn, stained patio chair. We were told the hotel is getting an upgrade. Perhaps having some pool lounge chairs, decent towels & no office chair at all would be an upgrade before the upgrade!

Summary: Staff report they requested pool furniture over a year ago and corporate hasn't complied. We chose this hotel for the pool due to temps near 100s but what a drag..spent vacation in an old room. The place needs revamped and I want a refund. Plus hire a maintenance person.

Summary: The hotel is not in great shape. As we came in the lobby and entry smelled of mildew. In the room the air conditioner would cycle up and down every few minutes… very difficult to sleep. I called to get another desk chair because the current one had scratched or missing material and wouldn’t raise up at all. I called to the front desk and they said they are all like that. They said they will be renovating at some point and nothing is getting replaced or repaired until then. The toilet was rocking and will need at be resealed at some point. The bed was great and the staff is very nice. “Breakfast included” is not true. A $4 voucher towards breakfast is included.

Summary: It was pretty clean. Staff was welcoming. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work even after you hit the rest button. Complimentary breakfast was okay.

Summary: We enjoyed our Stay Barbara checked us in and went above and beyond to accommodate 4 older folks. We were there to reconnect pray and look for housing.
