Positive: This hotel has an excelent location, beds are really comfortable, the staff is very nice and polite, the room was clean and the common areas too. Breakfast was delicious and the two woman who provide the breakfast were amazing. I recommend this hotel.

Positive: The staff was very nice and the rooms were spacious.
Negative: The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Our room was located by an outside entrance and all night long you could hear people going in and out.

Positive: This Best Western is in a good location with many stores and restaurants nearby. It’s also close to I-85. This hotel is very clean. This was important to me because many hotels I’ve been to in the past year or so are tidy, but not actually clean. Upon check-in, I always wipe everything down with Clorox wipes. At this hotel, my wipes were still clean after wiping everything down. Maid service comes through several times a week. There is always a professional, polite staff member at the front desk. The lobby always has self-serve coffee, tea, and ice water for guests. The fitness room is clean and all the equipment works. Breakfast begins at 6:30am, but later on weekends. It’s a typical hotel hot breakfast menu, but the sitting area is kept clean and the food kept stocked. I enjoyed my stay here! I recommend it and will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area in the future.
Negative: I personally wish breakfast began at 6:00 am. I had to leave for work at 6:15ish on weekdays, so I missed out.
