Summary: This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. It’s clean close to Eastern Illinois University. We will be back next year.

Summary: When I got to my room it had sh**t particles in the toilet,hair in the tub and room carpet was not vacuum! The service was pleasant and nice.

Summary: Fast easy check in. Pool and hot tub drained. Construction in lobby. Room very small for all the furniture. Not enough space for 4 people. Walls in bad shape.

Summary: Staff were very friendly and the hotel was updated, clean and nice. The hot breakfast was good and dining area clean and plenty of room.

Summary: This property is immaculate and they'll do your room daily, unlike many hotels we've stayed at. They also have a hot breakfast and free coffee, cappuccino, hot cocoa, etc. all day. The staff is warm and friendly, but ask how to use the shower before you go to your room. On the negative side, their internet is slow and the TV is minimal.

Summary: I would rather share what was wrong. 1. charged for my esa dog, wouldnt even look at my paperwork. was told at checkin it would be $40 a $50 deposit for incidentals put on my card and that i would get my $50 back at check out at check out i was charged $40 per night. giving me a refund of $10. get down the road only to see i was in fact charged $90 at check in and another $83 at checkout supposedly the $97 will go back on my card. we will see. 2. on day 2 i go back to the room only for the ac to not work. i attempted to call the desk multiple times to no avail. the desk clerk was outside talking every time i would look out the window. i attempted to contact the property multiple times before arriving to check on pet policy regarding registered service animals, i never received no response. had i known it was going to cost me as much as it did i would have brought her crate and made other arrangements. then being told it was one price upon check in to find out it was a completely different price at check out is unacceptable.
