Summary: Manager and staff are very friendly and enjoyable to talk with. I have been staying at this hotel for over 15 years. It’s close to central Hillerod by foot where you can find the Toyal summer palace and a few great restaurants. Highly recommend

Summary: We had a good stay. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The glass celling lets in natural light and feels comfortable. Room is spacious. Bathroom can use some updates.

Summary: Innovatively designed hotel situated in a quiet area with a nice dining room for eating in, and good breakfast. On the negative side, the bed lamps are ineffective with a very small bulb pointing upwards that could not be adjusted without risk of damage. I would prefer to see dedicated recycling bins in the rooms instead of an instruction to place recyclable items on the table, which I suspect may not be followed by everyone. The beds seem pretty old and would benefit from an upgrade. It would be good to have more plants in the corridor, as I believe there were in the past.

Summary: The hotel location is very convenient. Good breakfast is included. The hotel has an old section with not so good rooms. But I was upgraded to a nicer room in the newer section of the hotel which was much better. I don't particularly like integrated showers that wet the whole bathroom. But it seems to be common in Europe.
