Summary: very friendly staff. Had issue with AC 10 mins after call. AC was fixed Staff said hi to you. pool clean.

Summary: Overall the hotel was nice. Easy check in, room looked clean. I did notice no fan/vent in the bathroom so mirror fogged up quickly. The AC vent in the bathroom hadn’t been clean in a long time…ugh. Food at the restaurant was very good! Funny how the ice machines are on 1st and 3rd floors only.

Summary: The door in the bathroom was broken at the bottom. I needed to work from within the hotel room and the Wi-Fi was so bad. It was awful managing work on spotty Wi-Fi.

Summary: It was great for our stay. Very quiet. We appreciate that you did have us stay on the 2nd floor, really nice to stay in room facing the lake. Our last experience was on the first floor by the door to ice machine & soda machines, with people coming & going & never having the curtesy to hold the door when they entered the hall. This was a great room. The breakfast was terrific in the main lobby, thank you. The lady working there was very nice & professional.

Summary: I was given a room that had an adjoining door to the room next door. I could hear everything- sneezing, conversations, tv, snoring - as if I was in there. I’m sure they could hear me too. Strange and embarrassing. I was whispering all night.

Summary: Property was great! My room didn’t have towels but they brought some right up after I sent them a message. The bed and pillows were very comfy and there was a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker along with an iron and ironing board. Great stay and it even prompted me to sign up for BW rewards.
