Summary: The hotel looks to be under construction. After a late check-in, I showered and went to sleep after a long drive. Upon waking up, I tried to turn on the TV only to get a black screen. I called the front desk to report the problem and was told that someone would be sent to address the issue. After stepping out to see family upon returning several hrs later, I found the TV still inoperable, I notified the front desk again about the issue and was told someone would be up to have a look finnally someone came to look at the TV and had to replace a cable box, so that's 3/4 of the day without a TV, Next I didn't have an ice bucket in the room. I went to the front desk to ask for one and was told they didn't have any, so no ice for my convenience. After my stay was pretty much ruined, I was only in town for two nights, I won't be staying there again.

Summary: The bathroom was just outdated and needs a fresh coat of paint. The beds weren’t very comfortable but overall the place was clean.

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. I have been satisfied each and every time. The property is always clean and in very good condition. Staff is professional and friendly. Very affordable and well worth it.

Summary: Check in took a little longer. Which was understandable due to an event that was taking place. The room was clean, beds are comfortable. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great.

Summary: Even though we arrived at night as a surprise, the staff were good and courteous, from the lobby to escorting us to the room. They were very helpful and responded to our every request.

Summary: We went to Alexandria to celebrate the life of a family member. The trip was hard, and the grief great. Just knowing we had a hotel that was comfortable clean and safe made the difference.

Summary: Our family is from Wisconsin and stay here every time we visit. The staff are very respectful, helpful and professional. Parking is very convenient, the rooms are clean and have everything one needs. Last but not least, the complimentary breakfast is great! Highly recommend 👍
