Summary: We had late check-in & the guy at the front desk was great! Our TV wouldn't work so he came in to help, once that was corrected I turned around & there was a cockroach walking across the pillow. We picked up our stuff & left the hotel. Had to find another place at 1:30AM & then had to pay double. So pretty much a terrible experience.

Summary: This was a one night stay... front desk lady awesome - 10 stars. When our 1st room had a major issue, she made sure our next room was good. The only complaint is the a/c unit.... it had a musty smell and still was humid in the room.

Summary: Everything was great minus the pool being down but it was fine. It didnt take away from my trip so its not a matter at all. I was very happy with the cleanliness and even thanked the housekeeper for doing such a great hob!

Summary: Definitely a bit run down but the room was clean and bed was confortable. Biggest complaint would be that our room had a Mcdonalds right outside our window and since our room had no curtains - only accordian PAPER over the windows, the bright lights shined in all night long and the noise was ridiculous.

Summary: The staff was very helpful and polite, breakfasts were delicious and the area was clean the help kept the food containers full, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Summary: Employees were all very nice and professional. They consistently reminding me to let them know if I needed anything. I stayed there at night while I visited family in Letcher Co. during the day. Very thankful for a comfortable clean room to come back to in the evenings. Thank you!

Summary: The morning breakfast had good choices, hot food, cold foods, fresh made to order pancake machine. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately the indoor pool and gym room were closed for the 3 days we were there for maintenance.
