Summary: Disappointing overnight stay. Selected this hotel over similarly priced options due to the pool/hot tub amenities only to find out that the hot tub was out of order. This was not communicated either through the booking page or at check-in as we would have selected another hotel had we known. Then the internet went out (not their fault as it was an outage that affected the local area) but it meant the TV also didn’t work for the majority of our stay. All this on its own isn’t that big a deal but paying nearly $300 for essentially a room with two squeaky beds is a little hard to swallow. I asked for a discount on checkout but was told no as it wasn’t their fault that the amenities weren’t available. If you get a great rate on your stay and the amenities are working then this is a perfectly ok place to stay but it is definitely not worth the current high price tag.

Summary: The tv control was confusing. Needed front desk help ti find the hockey game. They couldnt fond it either but I did find it after they left my room.

Summary: The room was very clean, the staff were more than helpful and great to converse with, the continental breakfast was excellent, the pool and the hot tub were well maintained. I would recommend anyone stay there.

Summary: I’m absolutely disgusted with this hotel the doors are paper thin and you can hear Everything!! The beds are terrible. The staff were too busy talking on their phone earbud to acknowledge guests. There was a person walking around at the reception area with no shoes and extremely fowl smelling ad sores all over his feet. I did not feel safe at this hotel and was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. This hotel should shut down and do repairs and train staff!

Summary: This property was nice and close to the Peace Arch Border Crossing. The check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were professional yet accommodating. You definitely stay here again.

Summary: The staff was very friendly. The Cleanliness is ok. The breakfast is not the best. The one inch gap under most of the doors to the rooms, allows a lot of noise to come into the rooms from the hallway. This is also something that I would question if it would meet the fire code.
